Weather you are a coffee connoisseur, or someone who will drink whatever is put in front of you, we believe that you will have a greater passion and appreciation for good coffee after you complete one of our coffee tasting and education classes.

Most people believe that all you have to do is grind it up and put it into a device that runs hot water through it. This couldn’t be more wrong.

What most people don’t know is that you could buy a bag of perfectly grown and roasted coffee, but if you don’t understand how to properly brew or extract the coffee it will taste completely different than the way it’s flavor profiles were meant to taste.

Weather you want to learn how to make the perfect pour over, classic Italian cortado, or a flavorful Latte this workshop will have you feeling like a coffee shop pro.

Dimas Pino (co-owner with is wife Dina Ramaha-Pino) and Founder of Three Pines Coffee Company is passionate about sharing his love and admiration for the culture of coffee. Dimas will be leading the coffee tasting and education workshops assisted by our professionally trained barista team.

Each coffee workshop will include a coffee tasting of several varieties of our original Three Pines Coffee brand and a variety of baked goods (Gluten free and vegan options available).

Class Details:

• Classes begin at 7:30am on Sunday mornings. Length of time dependent on number of participants (average of 1 ½ - 2 hours) See Schedule Below

• Workshops limited to 12 guests per class. $79 per class.

• Coffee equipment and tools available for purchase after the workshop.
